Starting as the solo senior developer, I inherited the LMS Ruby on Rails platform at Blueprint Learning that hosts the product on verticals, and I have done devops, developed fullstack, maintained and launched new sites and features. It has also been my responsibility to find, onboard and train new developer hires. As well as creating the new team while establishing agile and organization processes.
